Attachment to results blocks results. Effort plus detachment equals success.

most people hear 'detachment' and think it means not caring.

it doesnt lol

detachment for me is you care deeply about the process but you stay away from the craving of a specific outcome...

because when you cling to results, you start performing instead of executing.

you start to overthink, you rush and you force timing.

attachment creates invisible pressure pressure creates distortion distortion creates mistakes

detachment is what keeps your effort pure.

the paradoxx is

the more you need the result, the more it slips the more you respect the process, the more results arrive almost as a side effect

Effort without attachment is power
